We will work with you to construct an effective CV including your career highlights and a recommendation to present to potential employers. You will then have the opportunity to meet with the firm(s) in question to ultimately decide on the best fit. We will prepare you for this part of the process by discussing the firm, team structure and the traditional interview techniques they execute. Beyond a successful interview, we will provide you with a consolidation and references will be collected and presented to the firm. Throughout the process, we will ensure both sides have an informed understanding of salary expectations and progression pathway.
We have actively represented candidates with one year post admission experience to Partners with teams. We understand the importance of obtaining the right option for you and your aspirations. Once you have secured a suitable position we will assist you through the resignation process through to commencement with your new firm.
