MENA and Sub-Saharan African, ASEAN, South American and European activity is all represented on their respective deal sheets. As you would expect, acquisition and project finance will feature strongly. Act for financers, sponsors and borrowers.
There will also be lines corporate financing and some Islamic financing deals, often hard to access from this part of the world. There is proven history of deal awards that would add value to the CV of any emerging practitioner.
This will be a technically demanding and rewarding role and will suit you best if you are looking to build a rich and diverse deal sheet of your own in order to accelerate your personal development. The resourcing of the firm’s global training program will ensure that you have the tools to take full advantage.
