Importantly though, you will align yourself with a Partner renowned for his BD abilities. Expect to be directly mentored in the finer points of relationship building and client management.
As an upwardly focused Senior, there will be opportunity to make a mark and achieve continued conversion. The number of partners under 40/45 yrs' old speak volumes to the opportunity for continued progress. The sizeable international equity pool will be your achievable end goal, with upper quartile salary packaging until you hit that mark.
You will have between 5-8 years’ PAE with a top-tier, global or highly ranked corporate team, strengths in listed and/or unlisted transactions and strong academics.
