Complex, property damage claims heavy. Included will be malicious damage claims, as well as litigation involving arson and fraud. The will also be complex personal injury in the mix.
Professional indemnity claims activing for insurers and the insureds. Construction and engineering projects are central to this second practice, including those of a global scale. Local and London insurers will feature, as will tier one construction and engineering groups.
Off the back of new insurance approaches on major projects, there has been a shift in the market of late that has seen the construction insurance skill set become increasingly attractive for both construction teams in practice and in-house.
Adding this skill could open doors for diversification as you progress. Alternatively, you will be broadening your technical, improving your own business case for senior conversion and beyond.
Requirements; you will ideally bring 3-5 yrs’ PAE in defendant property damage claims. Exposure to professional indemnity a plus.
