Having proven your strengths in the procurement and execution stages on major projects, you would naturally be looking to apply this on a larger scale. Expected will be the opportunity to take a lead role on the negotiation and structuring of transactions through to completion, with a particular focus on infrastructure.
The recent transaction list reads as an impressive summary of a large proportion of the key deals, not just in Queensland but all along the eastern seaboard. The pipeline from here will include premium projects on which this team has emerged as front runners to secure. There will also be engagement with financing to drive these.
With the mix of public and private clients, importantly there aren’t impediments to seniors engaging their own client base. Rather, the front-line client contact that’s on offer will allow the strengthening and expansion of your own network.
You will have at least 5 years’ post-admission experience in front-end construction and infrastructure projects . LLB and strong academics expected.
