Instructions involve an array of insolvency appointments including administrations and liquidations, restructuring matters and asset recovery strategies. You will gain increasing exposure to fund advising, predominantly around U.S. inbound investment with distressed assets. Enjoy financial investigations and a complex contentious facet to the role where the team encourage that ‘think tank’ logic and team approach to success in court.
Build on your current skillset and strengthen your restructuring exposure as the Partners continue to increase their activity in this space; linking with Asia in a rebuilding phase and interacting with distressed debt investors.
The Partners encourage continual development of the networks throughout their team, and have a dedicated full time Paralegal in the team to support and alleviate workload at the Associate / Senior Associate level to facilitate this growth.

- Minimum of 3 years' post admission restructuring / insolvency experience
