This role is designed to attract a well-established Senior Associate or Special Counsel in the Workplace Relations space in Brisbane that is seeking a strategic move to one of the highly established and tested boutique Partnerships in Brisbane.
Reputation precedes these gentlemen, there profile in Queensland is hard to mar. They are now seeking someone with some ‘muscle’ in Workplace and Employee Relations to work in conjunction with highly regarded Consultant, Construction Special Counsel and Property Team.
The program would be to take on someone into a Special Counsel position that can be groomed into Partnership with equity prospects arising following success at the salary partner level.
Currently they are positioned in the market servicing some high level subcontractors and second tier national builders as well as a host of high net wealth individuals and business owners and proeprty developers.They are actively involved in delivering front end service pertaining to Development Contracts, Delivery and Supply Agreements, Tripartite Deeds and Alliance and joint venture Contracts and now need someone to leverage of their strengths to service the same client base in employee related matters.
This role is open to talented front and back end lawyers. If you bring expertise in both areas then this is also a focus for discussion. This will appeal most to someone looking to spearhead their own business in a highly sophisticated boutique environment. The Partnership is highly stable and the infrastructure and technology in entrenched.
- Bachelor of Laws –Strong Academics
- Minimum of 7 years post admission experience dedicated to workplace realations law
- Disposition towards client management and development
