Wholesome local matters with a focus on overall safety strategy, inquests and representation (with Litigation) for defence.
Moving from a more general focus covering matters such as employment contracts and advising on collective bargaining into an emphasis on full life cycle safety. Clients include corporates and contractors in the resources and construction industries as well as some SMEs on selected complex/ high profile matters.
Further expansion plans driven by a state wide shift towards stricter compliance and higher prioritisation regarding workplace health and saftey. Time allocation in the role allows for developing client base to the level required for Partnership (more details available in confidential conversation).
- Minimum 5 years post admission experience (less experience will be considered for expansion at the Associate level)
- Background in workplace relations, exposure or interest in safety law necessary
- LLB with Strong Academics
